

Why don't you have them on your website? And why haven't you posted them here? I have owned a first genertation A50 set for years and have NEVER been able to use them with the XBox One, which is the only reason for my buying them. If the user requires, we'll still provide the original firmware update files for updating or reinstalling firmware onto their GEN1 or GEN2 products. Even if we could only support a few features such as firmware updating, but it wasn't possible to provide any functionality that we believe was of a quality experience.

We did attempt to get the GEN1 and GEN2 products working with the ASTRO Command Center. The ASTRO Command Center was originally built around our GEN3 products as both the MixAmp Pro and the A50 Wireless Headset featured a complete hardware refresh to support these features going from analogue to digital. It works.Ĭustomisation requires digital hardware which supports this. At the moment, the hardware is in a state which we believe can't be much improved on. The GEN1 and GEN2 still received a firmware update to optimise the microphone during the Xbox One launch and we'll continue to firmware update if needed. We never stopped supporting the products or dropped any features from it such as the ASTRO Command Center to force people to upgrade or purchase newer products.
